ideas | us now ::

:: an excellent documentary examining social media’s deconstruction / decentralization of institutions, decision-making, and organizations, and the impact the Internet is having (and potentially could have) on government, finance, collaboration / information sharing, and online / offline networking. Buy the DVD here (the video below is the full documentary). For more information, extra clips, and reviews, link here. To watch this documentary in other languages, link here. H/T Sean Leow. // AjS

    I love the idea.

    In Hawaii, on the Big Island, I found some of the most creative and smart writers on the island and compiled all there RSS feeds onto one site known as the “FBI Blogs” (From Big Island).

    Between all of us bloggers on the island, we are easily able to give readers across the entire Big Island a broader perspective of things, with out a multinational company pushing something or some news down on our faces.

    You can check out this compilation of blogs at http://fbiblogs.com

    I wish you would have been on the So Much More Hawaii tour w/ Christine Lu.

    Would have loved to talk to you about some ideas.

    Aloha,
