things well done | 12 cams ::

:: the Web site created to promote Radiohead’s 2008 Japan tour is excellent (sorry, a bit late to catch this one). The site allows users to create their own rainbows (a la “In Rainbows,” the name of the band’s most recent album) by manipulating 12 multi-colored cameras used during the recording of a live performance. With each camera shooting from a different angle, users’ rainbows represent a customized video edit of the live performance. When the performance finishes, users are prompted to register their edit, leaving it on the site for others to view and comment on. Great user interface, great content, great engagement. Bravo, well done. Hat tip to for sharing. Does anyone know who made it? // AjS
